OnTheSpotShop.com Upload Agreement
You warrant and represent that:
You own the image or have the authority to do so;
The image does not infringe any intellectual property right, including without limitation copyright, patent or trademark*, or other proprietary rights of any third party;
The image does not contain defamatory, libelous, offensive, indecent, or otherwise unlawful material or material that is an invasion of privacy.
You take full responsibility and hold harmless WebTerritory and any of its subsidiaries (for example; OnTheSpotShop.com) or agents from any legal claims or damages (monetary or otherwise) that may arise from using the uploaded image.
Unless some other agreement exists between you and us, this does NOT grant us the right to sell a copy of the image itself or place on one of our products for third parties (for example to other customers).
* Presented images by the customer (that the customer does not own) such as a sports team logo can be used only if the customer is commissioning On The Spot Buttons & More to place the image on a personal item (such as a button, phone grip, or key chain) that is strictly for personal use and not for resale. The customer assumes any and all legal risks in using such images in such manner. Once the commission is completed; On The Spot Buttons & More will not retain the image nor any work based on that image.
