Shipping & Returns Policy

At On The Spot Buttons & More, we provide our products promptly. Once the customer approves and pays for the product, we start production the same day or the next (unless otherwise notified or agreed upon before payment).

Depending on the order size, production can take one to two days for small orders and up to a week for large orders (unless otherwise notified or agreed upon before payment). The customer will be notified once production is completed.

Once production is complete, the product is ready for pick-up, delivery, or shipping as soon as possible. The shipping company/method determines the shipping speed/time.

Shipping:

On The Spot Buttons & More offers pick-up/delivery services within the Thunder Bay, ON, area. Delivery costs $8 within the city and $16 in the outskirts.

On The Spot Buttons & More uses Canada Post Pre-Paid to ship the product if the customer requires shipping. Choose the prepaid shipping package in our shop and add it to your basket.

To help you choose the best pre-paid packaging, here are the estimated weight and size of each product:

  • 1″ Pin-Back Button – 0.004kg, 2.50cm x 2.50cm x 1.00cm
  • 1″ Versa-back Key-chain Button – 0.008kg, 2.82cm x 2.50cm x 1.00cm
  • 1¾″ Round Pin-Back Button – 0.007kg, 4.40cm x 4.40 cm x 1.00cm
  • 3″ Round Pin-Back Button-  0.017kg, 7.62cm x 7.62cm x 1.00cm
  • 2″ x 3½″ Rectangle Badge Pin-Back – 0.018kg, 5.00cm x 9.00cm x 1.00cm
  • 2″ x 2¼″ Heart Shaped Pin-Back Button – 0.010kg, 5.30cm x 5.75cm x 1.00cm
  • 2″ x 2¼″ Heart Shaped Fridge Magnet – 0.015kg, 5.30cm x 5.75cm x 1.00cm
  • 3″ Magnet Fridge Button – 0.025kg, 7.62cm x 7.62cm x 1.00cm
  • 2″ x 3½″ Rectangle Badge Fridge Magnet – 0.029kg, 5.00cm x 9.00cm x 1.00cm

The customer may choose their own shipping company; however, the customer would be responsible for providing the prepaid shipping label. On The Spot Buttons & More currently accepts UPS, FedEx, and Purolator shipping labels that are electronically emailed. There is a $5 handling fee for small orders (12 items or less) delivered to the shipping company.

On The Spot Buttons & More does not ship internationally, however, it would consider shipping to the US if the customer provides the prepaid shipping label. There is a $5 handling fee for small orders (12 items or less) delivered to the shipping company. The customer would be responsible for any additional costs that may arise during shipping (duties or fees), and On The Spot Buttons & More is not responsible for delayed or lost parcels in shipping (the shipping company’s claims policy will apply).

Returns:

At On The Spot Buttons & More, all sales are final once the product is in production. We do not offer refunds on the finished product, so there would be no reason to return the product to us. The shipping company’s claims policy will apply if the product becomes lost or damaged during shipping.
